| The Company has been set up nearly 20 years, mainly produces different kinds of rubber, thermoplastic soft PVC molding and extruded parts for household electrical appliances, electric heating devices, the doors and windows of the mechanical equipments, office equipments,
building, automobile and ship. The Company can meet the operating requirement of the ordinary and special parts in different shape, material and hardness with different features (such as freezing resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, high voltage resistance, oil-proof, wearing resistance, acid proof, alkali proof, shockproof, antiknock, antiskid, transmission, foaming etc.). The Company is capable of die design and making, compound design, product manufacturing, and has the independent and complete inspection facilities. The Company has passed the quality control system certification of ISO9001:2000.
The main products are: Different kinds of rubber, thermoplastic, and PVC extruding tube and sealing strip with special profile, different kinds of rubber moulding products, silicon rubber insulation wire and cable with heat and high voltage resistance.
The main production units are: 25-200T hydraulic vulcanizing machine, φ65-90mm rubber and rubber-plastic extruder, continual vulcanization and production line, φ150~400mm open type rubber refining machine for trial production, 35L internal rubber refining machine, the turning machine, milling machine, grinding machines and electrical discharge machines for die making.
The main products certified include: Heat resistance silicon rubber insulation wire and cable under GB5013.3-1997 are qualified in CCC and UL certifications.
The main inspection facilities: Tension tester, Hot air aging test chamber, High-temperature test chamber, Spark test machine, Voltage withstand tester, DC double bridge, Projector, Dial thickness gauge, Sauer hardness gauge, Fast plastic test machine, Akron abrasion machine, Reading microscope
